We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in behavior that harasses other users or compromises the integrity of the Service.
AIRWATCH offers three access tiers: Scout (free), Navigator, and Commander. Paid tiers provide access to premium features as described on the tier selection page.

The Service and all of its original content, features, design, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Knotstranded and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Knotstranded.
Users retain ownership of data they input into the platform (such as custom watchlists and alert rules) but grant Knotstranded a limited, royalty-free license to process that data for the purpose of delivering the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
We use Firebase Authentication for account management and may store preference data (such as tier and watchlist) in browser local storage. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Knotstranded does not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knotstranded shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Knotstranded in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us at admin@knotstranded.com. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
